An Individual with an amazing transformation story. You wouldn’t believe he was the same guy in two photos only 4 years apart. He wanted to share fitness his journey, from a skinny lad to a professional body builder & personal trainer and came up with the idea for CPS.

I set him up with a website where people could view his fitness story e.g. food plan & workout routines then an e-commerce store to sell his 12-week workout program & various apparels.
